Promotion and Competition Terms and Conditions

These Rules apply to all Health by Habit promotions, competitions and giveaways run by Health by Habit on any platform (‘Promotion’). Promotional periods, prizes, entry mechanics, winner selection and any specific rules will be as stated in the particular Promotion.

By entering a Promotion, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All Promotions are run by ZURU Inc (‘the Promoter’), who’s registered office is at Room 1202, 12th Floor, Energy Plaza, 92 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Promotions are open to residents aged 18 years or older only.

In addition to any restrictions stated in the particular Promotion, the following individuals may not enter:

Any person who is an employee of ZURU Inc/Health by Habit, or any participating sponsors or promoters (and their close relatives).

Any person otherwise connected with ZURU Inc/Health by Habit or the judging of the Promotion.

Where a promotion is run on social media, Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

Promotions and these Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Zealand.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or suspend the Promotion and these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.  

The Promoter has unfettered discretion in relation to all matters to do with a Promotion.

The Promoter’s decision on all matters to do with a Promotion is final.

Entry requirements

Entrants must complete all of the entry requirements as stated in the Promotion to be eligible for the prize.  

If entry into the Promotion is by comment, each comment is one (1) entry.

No promotions include an entry fee or require purchase of Health by Habit products to enter.

Promotions close at 11:59pm on the date specified in the Promotion post. No further entries will be accepted after this date.

The Promoter takes no responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the Promoter decides in its sole discretion that the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions (including any additional rule associated with the particular Promotion), or if he/she has acted in a way which the Promoter considered to be inappropriate, unlawful, offensive or otherwise not in the spirit of the Promotion. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant/s, without notifying the disqualified entrant/s.


The prize/s is as stated in the particular Promotion on either the Health by Habit Facebook Page or Instagram page.

The prize/s is as stated on the Competition post and are not exchangeable for cash or another item unless specified. Prizes are not transferable and are subject to availability. Promoter reserves the right to substitutes any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Where the prize/s includes air travel and/or accommodation, either international or domestic, the winner (and any travel companion) are responsible for paying all additional costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included, including (where applicable) transport to and from the respective airports, and any other transport (other than the flights awarded as part of the prize), accommodation, meal costs, spending money, insurance, travel documentation and all other incidentals. Winners must be responsible for having a valid passport and organising and meeting any visa requirements.

Selection and notification of winner

Unless otherwise stated, the winner/s will be randomly selected from all entrants who have fulfilled all of the Promotion’s entry requirements.

The winner/s will be notified by a Health by Habit team member within two (2) days of the Promotion closing date. The winner/s will be notified by either Health by Habit Instagram or Facebook page.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter has the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and draw a replacement winner. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim their prize by contacting the Health by Habit team by messaging the Health by Habit Facebook page or Instagram page, and providing any details necessary for the prize/s to be delivered.

If the winner/s are not able or available to collect the prize for any reason, the Promoter can award the prize to another winner.

The Promoter will not be liable for any prize/s that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Where a prize is being supplied by a third party, the Promoter accepts no responsibility in connection with the provision of the prize, including without limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of, or use of, the prize or any performance issues associated with the prize.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by entrants or anyone else as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with a Promotion or its prizes.

Personal Information

By entering a Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their names, photographs and other information willingly provided, for the purposes of administering Promotions. All personal information will be held by the Promoter unless otherwise specifically stated.
